Special Projects Update #30

Gratitude

Thank you to all the Staff as we made a successful transition into the Office and out of the Lodge and the 2nd Floor CFM building.

Specifically, I would like to thank the Transition Task Force for their work in helping this all come together: Rodney Milligan, Liz Head, Leslie Lambert, Amanda Hanrahan, Ginny Nickles, Wes Nichols, Scott Tucker, Maggie deGolian, Kelli O’Flaherty, Jesika Ruiz, Xavier Dalton, and Heather Cooper.

Thank you to Kristy Beck and our Onyx Team for moving the IT equipment and Printers and setting us up in the new space.

Last, but not least, I want to thank our Facilities and Maintenance Staff for helping us with all the moving pieces and willing to jump into help anywhere is needed.

Upcoming Closures and Construction Work

Friday, June 7th

• FFE Punch List – @1:00 pm – Fixing laminate desks and office furniture. (This may cause odor.)

Monday, June 10th

• 3rd Floor Office Doors Cored and Window in Office 4305 Repaired (This will be noisy)
• Stairwell Treads and VCT Replacement – Stair 11 (Next to Finance Suite) Note: 4th Floor landing will be done on a Friday
• Williams Center Under Construction – No Access to Stair 6 and Elevator. Front entrance of Williams Center will be available in a narrowed corridor. Atrium entrance will remain open. Utilize Double Elevators.

Friday, June 14th

• 4th Floor Office Doors Cored and Glass Panel of Executive Conference Room Replaced (This will be noisy)

Monday, June 17th

• Stairwell Treads and VCT Replacement – Stair 10 (Next to Double Elevators)
