Key Points

Fellowship Hall South Construction Area – Do Not Enter

The South Portion of the Fellowship Hall is a construction area.  As a reminder, stay out of all construction areas.  These areas are restricted access due to safety concerns and should not be entered under any circumstances.

Thursday – Filling Trench

The 70-ton crane has completed its work and is now off campus.  Traffic free to pass behind the building.   Tomorrow, Construction will be filling in the trench dug two week ago to connect the Cooling Towers plumbing lines to the sewer. Just like during the digging of the trench, the Construction team will keep traffic moving through the area in the back.  The three parking spots next to the covered playground will be closed as well as the first 10 angled spots behind the portico.   Please drive slowly and watch for directions from the workers in vests.  This work should be completed by end of day, Thursday.

B-Panel Switchover

On Saturday between 600-1200 hours, we will be switching power source in the Preschool Area and Kitchen AHUs to the new Electrical Panel B.  Power will be temporarily cut off to the 1200 classrooms and to the AHU’s in the kitchen.  Power will be restored on Saturday and everything should be operable on Sunday morning.
