Safety

Stay out of all construction areas.  These areas are restricted access due to safety and should not be entered under any circumstances.

People on Campus

During the renovation, we will be having several workers on campus.  These workers are vetted by the construction company.

• Each worker will wear a specific numbered construction vest. This number can be found in 3 inch numbers on the back of their vest. This is twofold:
  1. A worker can be identified by his/her numbered vest.
  2. On construction sites, there are often folks who will pretend to be workers to gain access to a building. If there is a worker on campus who is not wearing a numbered vest, please contact security.
• Workers will park in the Back 40 in the gated area or in the Magnolia Parking lot.
• The two entrances for the construction workers will be:
• 1. The stairwell between the GA Power Room and the Columbarium. This entrance will be marked “Construction Entrance Only.”
  2. The Front Circle Drive

• Workers will be on campus as early as 6am.
• Port-a-Johns will be set up outside for the workers
