IT Move – Friday and Saturday
As a reminder, please take your laptop home with you on Thursday for S-TH employees and on Friday for M-F employees. Leave all other equipment as is (plugged in) and make sure each piece is labeled with your desk location and your last name.
How to Access New Office Space on Monday
The construction team is still putting the finishing touches on the Office Package and will continue to do so into next week. To allow the workers to continue work, the 2nd floor main hallway access to the Office Package and the Entrance to the double elevator lobby will not be open on Monday-Friday. The new space will only be available to staff through the end of next week.
On Monday, please park at the Dogwood Parking Deck, enter the Lodge, and take the tunnel to Main Campus. At the end of the tunnel, continue to enter at the Double Doors. (Security Card will be needed.) Please keep these doors closed at all times. Once in the space, you may take the elevator to the 3rd floor or use stairwell 10.
What Else Will Happen on Monday
Bring in your laptop and plug into your station. IT resources will be available at the start of business to help with any trouble.
Facilities personnel will shuttle your boxes to your workspace throughout the day on Monday. Make sure your things are packed and labeled by you before you go home for the weekend. Please record your name and workspace number on your boxes.
