Moving Update

We are proceeding right on schedule!  Thanks to our amazing team, we have reached another milestone in the move.  Except for a few items in the sanctuary and a couple plant pots, we have placed items in storage.  The offices and classrooms are looking a little bare.

Moving Forecast

Week of May 22nd – Furniture to Donation & Fencing Going Up

THIS MONDAY, Flood Brothers will return to the church to remove the remaining furniture set for donation and deliver it to the donation locations. All items in the offices and common areas not designated for staying will be removed and taken to donation.

Week of May 29th

Gay Construction takes occupancy of the Sanctuary and Sunday School Building as a construction site. Other than limited access through the 2nd Floor Main Hallway, the only open areas will be the Family Ministry/Gymnastics Wing and the Gym Building.

Construction Outlook

Beginning May 22nd

Circle Drive
Temporary construction fencing will be installed on the front lawn of the church and the front circle drive will be closed.  Entrances to the main parking lot will be at Kellett Chapel, South Gym Entrance, and Valley Road.

Beginning May 29th

2nd Floor Main Hall Way
Temporary walls are installed along the main hallway. 

Driveway Behind the Church – 2 Way
The driveway that goes behind the church near the Print Shop and covered drive will become 2-Way as the drive under will be closed for construction. 

Tunnel Access
Access to the Tunnel can be gained through the door South of the Family Commons Entrance under the Williams Center.

Beginning June 26th

2nd Floor Main Hallway
The main hallway between Family Commons and the St. Andrews Room will blocked for construction.  They will be doing the floors and the ceilings during that period of time.  The following spaces will be inaccessible:

• Restrooms across from Fellowship Hall
• Flower Room
• RedDot Closet

Note: In order to maintain a safer passage from the Gymnastics Center to the Main Gym, we will have a designated walkway next to the construction fencing for pedestrians.
