Office Move Tuesday – May 2

1) Staff Moving to the Lodge will be moved by Flood Brothers.

What to move to the Lodge:

• • Chair
  • Printers
  • Computer Monitors
  • Your “Keep Item” boxes – Limit to important files and office supplies
  • NEW phones (with cord)
  • Chairs
  • Extension Cords
  • Power Cords for all Your devices

What to leave at your desk:

• • Desk
  • White Boards
  • OLD Phone
  • Other Furniture

What to take home:

• • Anything not listed above

Label your items with the following:

• • Future office color dot (If you need additional dots, contact Heather Ellison)
  • First and Last Name
  • Office Number

2) Staff Moving to the 4th Floor of the Gym Building will be moved by Flood Brothers.

What to move to the 4th Floor:

• • Chair
  • Printers
  • Computer Monitors
  • Your “Keep Item” boxes – Limit to important files and office supplies
  • NEW phones (with cord)
  • Chairs
  • Extension Cords
  • Power Cords for all Your devices

What to leave at your desk:

• • Desk
  • White Boards
  • OLD Phone
  • Other Furniture

What to take home:

3) Staff Moving to the Room 2111 (Family Ministry), 2112 (Hospitality), 2118 & 2120 will be moved by Flood Brothers.

What to move to the temporary office space:

  • Your “Keep Item” boxes – Limit to important files and office supplies
  • NEW phones (with cord)
  • Chairs
  • Extension Cords
  • Power Cords for all Your devices

4) Flood Brothers will set up the offices in room 2100 and 2120.

They will be disassembling the following desks and reassembling them in new spaces:

• • Room 2317 – Four Desks
  • CFM Room – 296
  • Room 2322 C
