Sunday Morning Traffic Patterns

Due to temporary construction walls and narrowing of the hallway, we encourage congregants not dropping off children in CFM programming to enter Main Church Building for Belong Communities and Worship through the door under the Williams Center (to the left of the Family Commons– elevator access), the Williams Center doors, or the main doors to the sanctuary instead of the Family Commons entrance.  Using these alternate entrances and exits will reduce congestion on the main hallway between the Sanctuary and Family Commons especially between services.

Beginning February 26th, the Peachtree Express will drop people off at the entrance to the Williams Center.

Temporary Office Highlights

The following items will be utilized in the temporary office space:

• Chair
• Computer
• Docking Station
• Monitors
• Printers
• Important Files

The following items should be taken home:

• Personal Items – Pictures, Furniture, etal
• Mini refrigerators
• Space Heater

Q:  When will we find out where our temporary office space will be?

A:  April 4th, at the latest.

Q: I have a bunch of files.  Where will I store them in the interim period?

A:  We will have a shredding service on campus in April for bulk shredding.  Any additional large groups of files will need to be stored at home excluding sensitive documents from Finance and HR.  If you have sensitive documents that require storage, please contact Heather Ellison.

Q: What about my desk?

A: Work surfaces will be provided for you in the temporary office space.

Q: Will the church provide boxes for packing?

A: Book boxes will be distributed to the Pastors who request them.   The church will provide ALL requesting staff with three (3) Banker Boxes for storage and transporting items. 

Q: What will the church do with the furniture we currently have?

A: The church has taken an inventory of all the furniture on campus.  The next step is to determine where the furniture will fit in the renovated space.  For furniture that will not be used following the renovation, we will find new homes for it.

Q: When should I pack my office up?

A: Plan to have your office packed by April 28th.  You are encouraged to start packing today.  Kudos to Mary Hoffman and Chuck Roberts for getting an early start on packing.
