Lodge Elevator Closed Friday, December 6

The Lodge Elevator will be painted tomorrow, Friday, December 6th, and will be CLOSED.  Please utilize the elevators in the Main Building tomorrow.  The Lodge elevator will be OPEN on Saturday morning for use by Christmas Tea attendees.

Fellowship Hall South Closes EOD Monday, December 9

At end of Day, Monday, December 9th, Gay Construction begin construction in the South Section of Fellowship Hall in order to replace the RTU (Roof Top Unit) above the space as part of our Air Handling Replacement Package.  Entrances to the south section will be blocked at the Double Elevator Lobby, the St. Andrew’s Room, as well as the doors in the mobile partition. 

Please remove any items you need prior to end of day Monday.  Any items left in the space will not be accessible again to the middle of January.

The facilities team will be moving a portion of the stage in the Fellowship Hall to North Side as well as removing any chairs or tables from the South Side of the Fellowship Hall on Monday.

Sanctuary Work

The week of December 9th, the height of the balcony rail will be adjusted.  This work is expected to take a couple of days.  Please do not schedule events during the day in the sanctuary.  Rehearsals can continue as scheduled knowing work will be going on simultaneously during the day.

 The week of December 16th, the door swings of the closets located at the North and South Transepts will be flipped.  This will involve welding and some noise. Please do not schedule events during the day in the sanctuary.    Rehearsals can continue as scheduled knowing work will be going on simultaneously during the day.

Wilson Work

The week of December 16th, the wood trim around the Wilson Chapel Stained Glass will be installed.   Please do not schedule events in the Wilson Chapel until work is completed.
