Key Points

Fellowship Hall Restrooms – Closed 8/13 at 9:00 am to 8/16

- The restrooms outside of Fellowship Hall will be closed following IRONMEN on Tuesday, August 13^th through the end of the week.
- The plumbing pipes of those restrooms tie into the plumbing pipes on the 1^st floor of Family Commons that requires attention.

Gym Entrance Modification

Begins August 14th (Estimated duration 3 weeks)

- At the entrance to the gym, the construction fencing will be pushed out beyond the current Handicap access Ramp.
- During construction, a new ramp will in the Handicap Space to reach the sidewalk.
- During construction, a new ramp will be placed over the knee wall to allow access to the patio outside the Gym main doors.
- An additional parking space will be designated for Handicap during this period.

Stairwell 10 Tread Update

Friday, August 16th

- The mismatched stair treads will be replaced on Friday, August 16th between the 1st and 2nd floors of Stairwell 10.
- Please utilize the elevators or Stairwell 12 from the 1st floor to gain access to other floors.

WOOD FLOORING REPLACEMENT OUTSIDE OF FELLOWSHIP HALL

IMPORTANT: Areas will be open on Sundays.

August 26-31

- The main hallway will be closed between the St. Andrews Room and the Flower Room to replace the Wood Floor installed during the Fellowship Hall package.
- The hallway between the St. Andrews Room and Fellowship Hall will be also be closed.
- Access to the larger Fellowship Hall Bathrooms and the Flower Room may be gained through the main Fellowship Hall Doors in the North Section.
- The Williams Center Entrance will be closed during this period.

September 3-7

- The Willaims Center Entrance to the main hallway will be closed to replace the wood flooring on the opposite side of the main hallway to the Williams Center Doors.
