April 23 – Office Package Fire Alarm Test
On Tuesday, April 23 at 3:00 pm, the construction team will be testing the alarms and strobes in the Office Package only. You should not hear the alarm sounding in your area.
If at any time, you hear an alarm or see a flashing strobe in your area. Evacuate the building until instructed to return.
May 1 – Offsite File Storage Pick-Up
The Finance Office has scheduled a pick-up of file boxes to be stored in off-site storage on May 1st. If you have files that can be stored off site, please pack these files in Bankers Boxes and place in the Finance Office by April 30. (The Finance Office has extra banker boxes available to pack, if needed.)
File Shredding
ProShred will be coming to Peachtree on Tuesday, May 7, for file shredding. The exact time will be confirmed on May 6th. Please drop off any materials you have to be shredded in the Special Projects Office between May 1-6.
