Peachtree Switch Gear Day – October 9th
Due to a major system upgrade, the main church building will be CLOSED on Monday, October 9th. The Main Campus building will be unavailable that day, and no staff or ministry partner staff should report to the building. There will be no power in the main building that day, and therefore, no internet/Wi-Fi available campus wide. Power will remain on in the Kellett Chapel and the Lodge Building; however, there will be no internet connectivity on campus.
IT will be on campus on Sunday afternoon after 4:00 pm to power down our servers and our internet system.
On Monday, you will still be able to check your email from your home computer or cell phone. If there are files you wish to access on Monday, make sure they are saved to your ONE DRIVE and not a local drive at the church (G Drive, S Drive, M Drive, etal.) Timecards in Paycom can still be submitted and approved on Monday before 10:00 AM. Although being off Monday may sound like a holiday, payroll submission and approval work must still be done on by 10:00 am or earlier and cannot be postponed to Tuesday.
Before you leave campus for the last time prior to October 9th, we need you to do the following:
-
- UNPLUG all computers prior to the shutdown.
