Today

The power will be turned off in the Lodge today at 2:00pm so that the Operations team can test the Generator for the sump pump in the Lodge Tunnel. This may affect the power in the William Center and in the Atrium area.  Thank you for your patience as this important system is tested.

Tomorrow – Fire Alarm Test

The fire alarm may sound in the Lodge building and through campus tomorrow.  The alarm should be silenced within 30 seconds.  If the alarm continues to sound, please exit the building to the appropriate area of refuge.

Tomorrow – Office Cabinet Installed

Tomorrow we will have a millwork cabinet installed in the Printer Room of the office.  The cabinet will be used to store office supplies.  Please excuse the noise as the cabinet is installed.

December 26-28 – Electrical Panel Update

The Electrical panel located behind Preschool Nurses Office will be updated following Christmas.  Power will be shut off to several rooms in the Preschool area as well as AHUs in Fellowship Hall.  The freezer will be moved to a temporary power source.

December 26-27 – Portico Ceiling Work

Necessary piping work will be completed in the ceiling of the Portico following Christmas.  To accommodate traffic flow, parking will be limited behind the building.  Please be alert to changing traffic patterns.

Week of January 6

The landscaping contractor will be moving plants in the green space the week of January 6th between beds.
