Staff mail procedures
During the renovation project, there will be limited access to the church campus through hallways and elevators will be offline. As the Admin area will be closed in May, the postage machine along with mailboxes will be permanently relocated to the Print Shop.
Incoming Mail
- Mail will continue to be delivered to the Print Shop.
- The Print Shop will sort the mail and place it in mailboxes in the Print Shop.
- Staff will be responsible for acquiring their mail from the Print Shop.
Outgoing Mail
- Outgoing mail should be dropped off at the print shop.
- Outgoing mail should be placed in the appropriate slot to be posted; this is the same as today.
- Outgoing mail should be dropped off by 10:00 am if it is to go out in that day’s mail.
Packages
- Outgoing packages should be brought to the Print Shop.
- Incoming packages will be delivered to the Print Shop and sorted.
- The Print Shop will notify you if you have a package.
- It is the staff member’s responsibility to make arrangement to pick up their packages or request help from our Operations Staff.
- During the renovation project, please refrain from having personal packages delivered to the church.
